Established on May 7th 1979, Hakkas Hair Design is located in the heart of Echuca's CBD and has been running as a salon to cater for everyones needs ever since. Its owners Toni Ridge and Sue Ottrey have 40 years experience and life within the industry, and pride themselves in the team members they have had in the past and present at Hakkas.
